How do I decide which plan fits my project?
If you have a defined project with a clear scope, go with Product Design Sprint or Website Design. If you need an ongoing design partner for ongoing features and updates, Design Retainer is the better fit.
What does the process look like from start to finish?
It starts with an initial discovery call to understand your needs, followed by a proposal outlining scope and timeline, then work begins with regular check-ins along the way.
Are the prices shown final?
No, they're meant to give you a general sense of the range. The final collaboration model and pricing are determined during our call based on your project's exact scope.
How does payment work?
Payment terms are agreed upon per project, but typically require 40–50% upfront before work begins.
Can I switch plans mid-project?
Yes, if the project scope changes, we can revisit and adjust the collaboration model together.
What do I receive at final delivery?
Figma files, a design system, documented developer handoff, and for Website Design, optional Framer development.
Is there support after delivery?
Every project includes a defined revision window after delivery (specify an exact number, e.g. "2 rounds of revisions").
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on scope. Sprint projects usually take 2–4 weeks, while Website Design projects typically run a month or more, depending on complexity.
